Anveshan is the National level HR business symposium organized by HRiday – the HR club of Goa Institute of Management. What started with humble beginning eight years ago, metamorphosed into being India’s biggest live HR case study competition along with a plethora of other events under the banner of Anveshan. The extravaganza includes interactive sessions by industry experts, skill development workshops, case study competitions, and industry mentorship programs. Every year HRiday is scaling-up all the events under Anveshan and make a difference, and act as a reservoir for participation and knowledge for the HR enthusiasts – both young and old. This year Anveshan promises to be much bigger and better than all its previous iterations.
India’s biggest live HR case study competition, Samiksha is synonymous with the name Anveshan. With prize money worth Rs. 50,000, Samiksha has always been the core strength and driver of this event. With participation spanning India’s biggest B-Schools and case studyies from the likes of Syngenta, Sanofi and Make a Difference, this year Samiksha promises to be bigger than before.
The latest feather in the cap of Anveshan, Margdarshan is an industry mentorship simulation programme. Five teams shall be guided in a live simulation by a mentor wherein the teams face challenges that would emulate a real life HR practitioner’s dilemmas and with the help of the industry expert with years of experience in their pocket, resolve these issues to win the Rs 25,000/- cash prize.Read More
InQuizitive is an online HR quiz competition, in association with GIM’s very own quiz club, Brainvista. InQuizitive enjoys participation from B-Schools across India and is an integral part of Anveshan. Gyaanodaya, the key note address of Anveshan, is a talk by a pioneer in the industry. Anveshan has had prominent names such as Yuvaraj Srivastava, CHRO of Makemytrip.com, Ester Martinez, CEO of People Matters and RavichandraBekal, Senior HR Manager, Nestle India Ltd. These talks give students a brilliant opportunity to not only meet and interact with an industry expert, but also to understand the field of HR.
Yukti brings forth to Anveshan the power of workshops. HRiday brings to students extremely diverse and exuberant workshops, such that the students can be molded into able practitioners through the help of learned and experienced mentors of the industry.
